Become one of the key players who helps building up the first crowdsourcing-based talent platform of the recruitment market
Acquire new logos and reach predefined B2B sales targets and KPIs within deadline and budget
Focusing on new client acquisition and engagement in IT segment
Find, attract and make an impact on potential clients via phone, webinars and face-to-face meetings
Spread Talentuno’s unique selling proposition, by being one of the faces of the company, who promotes and sells our recruitment and employer branding solutions
Become the owner of the end-to-end sales process that stretches from contacting the potential client to signing contract and managing account
Occasionally represent the company on relevant meetings and public appearances
Attend industry-specific events and build up a network in order to support business goals
Be a team worker, drive cooperation across other departments to satisfy client needs
Come up with new ideas and new solutions to help grow our brand and sales potential
Proactive cooperation with other departments is a must
We expect everyone to strive after continuous self-improvement

További követelmények
Understanding and knowledge of tech market, preferably with active network within IT industry
Strong experience in Sales / Business Development area - successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding of business and sales achievement
Having significant experience in the Recruitment industry is not a must, but great advantage
Hunter sales attitude
Candidate needs to have excellent networking and client management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, in both written and verbal communication is a must
Presentation skills
Must be familiar with business computer software programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Apps, Google Drive and CRM / ERP systems
Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enthusiasm, curiosity and energy
Ambitious and hungry to be successful, a hardworking person who wants career progression and the chance to move up within our business
